What we do with what you send us.

EngageSoft, LLC is responsible for the personal information sent through the contact form on this website.

When you contact us

We receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, the studio or company you name, the subject you pick and your message. We use them to answer you and to discuss possible work. We rely on the steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

This website

The site uses no advertising cookies and no visitor analytics. Our hosting and security providers, including Cloudflare, process technical data such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the site. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell genuine enquiries from automated ones; it processes browser and device signals for that check. Identifiers used for rate limiting are hashed and kept only briefly.

Where it goes

Submitted enquiries are saved to our own private business system, which only we can read. We do not publish an inbox address on this site and we do not sell or share enquiry information for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as we need it to reply and to manage the relationship, and any related business records for as long as our contractual, legal and accounting obligations require.

Your choices

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information you sent, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Use the contact form and choose “Privacy request”.
